Great app - when it works

I absolutely love this app, when it works. I depend on it, I use it multiple time every day. BUT about 3 months ago it got really inconsistent. Over half of the times I try to plan a trip I get an error message. Its such a bummer as it is (was) the most useful app I own...
Thats why Im giving it only 1 star - if it worked like it is supposed to I would give it 5 stars.
