9292 reisplanner OV + e-ticket App Reviews

To the review that questioned why an English option is necessary- English is necessary because its the language of the world and there are people that move to the Netherlands that may be learning Dutch but are not yet fluent that also need to be able to navigate. Thank you for included this option.

Please add option to save all search results for one day into my 9292 for those of us who plan loosely. Thx

Unable to find how to switch to english!

To change the language to English click on the screw in the top left corner for settings- then under "Algemene instellingen" click "Taal" and choose Engels instead of nederlands. Next double tap the home button on your iPhone (you should see a list of running apps appear on the bottom), click and hold your finger over the 9292 app until a red icon appears over the top left corner. Click this icon to turn the app off. Now once you click and open the app again it will be in English! Then when you go back to language settings youll see a sign say (please note, the language wont change until you restart the app. You will need to end the process entirely (make sure its not running in the background!).) And youll wonder why this message only appears in one language! I have only given this app 3 stars because I havent had time to use it yet and wanted to post a review to help all those having trouble changing the language to English.

I couldnt find the option to read in english.

I absolutely love this app, when it works. I depend on it, I use it multiple time every day. BUT about 3 months ago it got really inconsistent. Over half of the times I try to plan a trip I get an error message. Its such a bummer as it is (was) the most useful app I own... Thats why Im giving it only 1 star - if it worked like it is supposed to I would give it 5 stars.

Is there an English version for the current app?

I tried to install it several times but it always does with Dutch language not English There is no option to change the language !!

Looks good, but I cannot evaluate yet due to language. How do I switch to English version? Currently in Dutch version.

This wont help you in any way Use Google or anything else but refrain from this to get home. This app will only get you lost.

Unable to find English

Despite changing to the English language setting in the app, the entire interface is still in Dutch.

It would be nice if this app had an English version. I had to delete it because I do not know Dutch. That is all right, I can still go to the 9292 websites English version.

Actually, the app does provide an English option. Tap the gear icon in the upper left, then tap "taal," then "Engels." Then tap "klaar" in the upper right. Then quit the app. When you restart the app it will be in English.

Worked perfectly fine before the update. 5 stars

Is there a way to change the language to English or any other language for study abroad students who need this app?

I played with this app for a while and couldnt figure out how to change the language to English.

There appears to be no English version or no easy way to switch it to English even though the preview of the app shows that its in English
